Skin Cancer Treatments 

Early diagnosis and surgical removal of a cancerous lesion before spreading is the preferred treatment for skin cancer.  Currently, the treatment for skin cancer includes: cryosurgery, surgical excision, curettage and electrodessication, radiation, and Moh's Micrographic Surgery.  In addition, some types of skin cancer in the early phase can be treated with topical creams.
